Configuring ServiceNow

Follow these steps to configure the ServiceNow integration.

To configure ServiceNow for integration with Application Control:

Set up ServiceNow by:

  1. Creating a New Catalog Item in ServiceNow.

  2. For SSO through Application Control: Configuring ServiceNow to Accept Tokens.

  3. Creating a ServiceNow Workflow.

  4. Updating the Application Control Catalog Item.

  5. Configuring Endpoint Users:
